Ya-hooooooooo!

We have internet! It’s supposedly a 50Mbit DSL line (for less money than I was paying for my ~5Mbit cable in San Diego), which I’ll believe when I see it…

    Go to pcpitstop.com, click on Internet Speed link… What do you get? But that is speed to the US, but maybe that is factored in.

    I’m not really impressed. Download speed is not quite as good as cable in San Diego was. Upload speed is twice as good though, so those photo uploads speed right along. In any case, I’m not even getting as much speed as the lowest DSL offering (12Mb), so I’ll switch to that plan if it doesn’t get any better.
